• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

The Yektoo platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the property of Yektoo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform. By using the service, you grant Yektoo a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yektoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Yektoo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.
